Our Mission is to sift through various spiritual and/or metaphysical ideas with an attitude of exploration and non-judgement. By learning about these various topics we hope to discern what is useful, what is interesting, and what we may prefer to disregard. Participants are encouraged to keep an open mind and decide for themselves what ideas are appropriate for their own life, while remembering that others may have a different point of view.

Discussion Format. Housekeeping matters will be the first order of business. We will them proceed to a “check-in” to see how each person is doing. The facilitator will summarize the topic for the day and perhaps give a bit of background information. We will then go around the table and give everyone an opportunity to contribute their experience and perspective on the topic. Participants may pass if they choose. We will proceed to “popcorn style” participation if there is time. At each meeting a topic and facilitator will be chosen for the next meeting. It is anticipated that participants will lead a discussion on occasion.
