Rental FAQs

When can I visit the building?
You are welcome to see the building during our office hours from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and on Sunday mornings. Office staff do not give rental tours. We strongly recommend scheduling a tour with our Event Manager if you’re considering hosting an event here.

How many parking spaces do you have? Is overflow parking available?
We have 82 parking spaces and 8 ADA parking spaces. Guests may park on Skyliners and Skyline Ranch Road, as long as you are fully out of bicycle lanes and not in front of mailboxes. Please do not park on the driveway or outside designated parking spaces. Parking on dried vegetation during hot summer days is especially dangerous and we will ask you to move your vehicle to a safer area. 

How many square feet?
17,870 sq ft

How many people does the Sanctuary seat? 
216 very comfortably, plus 30 on stage. We can also expand into the Gathering Hall through the great doors. 

Where are the restrooms? Diaper-changing facilities?
The restrooms are color-coded in blue on the Floor Plan. The main ones are down the north hallway (to the right just beyond the name tag cabinet). There are also three unisex/family restrooms. Diaper changing stations are available in RE, Childcare, and the family bathroom (to the right of the kitchen doors in the north hall). All restrooms are totally accessible.

Are dogs allowed?
Regrettably, no. Except for service dogs and miniature horses as identified by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Is there someplace that I may smoke?
Smoking or vaping is allowed only in the service area on the north side of the building, accessible through the door at the end of the service hall.

Is there a cry room? 
Not specifically, but many people find solace in our Library during events.

Is WiFi accessible?  
Yes! Join UUFCO Guest; no password needed.

What do I need to bring?
We have a very large inventory of tables, chairs, and dinnerware. Many of our renters just bring their decor and guests! Renters often bring tablecloths and napkins, high-top (bar height) tables, and exterior signage to guide guests. We do not allow glitter, confetti, rice, helium balloons, or fireworks.

What staff do you provide?
Room rentals include a host to help you and your team interface with our building and ensure that safety protocols remain in place. The host is your primarily liaison in case of medical or other emergency.

Large events and those serving food/beverage will need additional staffing. We do not provide food service or bussing.

What do you mean by “no disposables”?
UUFCO has a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. We have an inventory of dinnerware for 220+ people and an extremely low water use commercial dishwasher. We do not allow any single-use plastic products on site and strongly discourage all single-use items. The exceptions are cocktail napkins and wooden coffee sticks.

Can we serve alcohol at your building?
Yes, we allow service of beer, wine, and mixed spirits under strict conditions. Renters wishing to serve alcohol must hire OLCC card-carrying bartenders at the rate prescribed (1 bartender per 75 guests as of 2025) and include Liquor Liability on their Certificate of Insurance. Renters may leave OR 10¢ redeemable bottles and cans but must remove all wine and spirit bottles.
