Leadership Development Committee is tasked by the Board of Trustees to identify resources that will nurture and grow the long-term health and vitality of our volunteers who take on all levels of responsibility to fulfill our congregation’s mission.

Get Stuff Done

  • ACE: All-Congregation Email
    Once per week on Wednesdays
    Deadline: Tuesday by 10 a.m.
    Email ACE@uufco.org
    Submit the following:

    • Title

    • Day, date, time

    • Location

    • Two motivating sentences

    • One RSVP or sign-up sentence

    Skyline: Sunday bulletin
    Staff selects items from ACE by date
    Inserts are rare (4-5/year) for major all-congregation events

    Pulpit Announcements
    Sunday mornings
    Staff selects 3 more-urgent items.

    Special Emails
    Minister- or Board-directed only.

  • Check the calendar carefully prior to making a request; requests are not guaranteed.

    Use the Room Request form. Please do not email staff directly.

    Do not contact Event Manager for internal events.

  • New leaders should contact the office for training and access code

    To make arrangements for prepayment, please phone our Administrator (541-385-3908) or email (bookkeeper@uufco.org).

    If you have already made a purchase and need to be reimbursed for a UUFCO expense, fill out the expense reimbursement form. Receipts are required.

    How does your group’s love impact lives in our fellowship or the larger Central Oregon community?  Use 1-2 sentences.

    Share one specific example.

    What numbers can you associate with your work? (get creative!)

    Examples:

    Homeless Outreach – How many meals served? Volunteer Hours?

    Fireflies - How many backpacks/books? Kids involved? Schools?

    ART Team – How many art pieces shown? Artists supported? Dollars sold? 

    Camping – how many trips and participants?
