Who We Are:
For people of all ages seeking a liberal spiritual community, UUFCO is
a Unitarian-Universalist congregation founded on the principle of freedom of belief, offering fellowship, thought-provoking and spiritually meaningful
services and stimulating congregational activities.
Our Ongoing Activities:
Our fellowship provides a variety of opportunities to become active in
our congregation:
- We offer Sunday Services to enlighten, enrich, and challenge our members, friends, and visitors.
- We offer other programs including discussion groups, meditation groups, and other adult and children's religious education.
- We offer a variety of social action opportunities to better the lives of our community's inhabitants. In the recent past, our activities have benefitted the
Bethlehem Inn, COBRA, and COCAAN.
- We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities that enable our members and friends to foster our congregation's health.
Our Greater Community:
We are also part of a much larger spiritual and social community:
- We are affiliated with the Pacific Northwest District of the Unitarian Universalist Association, which consists of all of the UU
churches in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska. PNWD provides conferences, workshops, curricula, and other resources to
its member congregations.
- On a national level, we are affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA), made up of more than one thousand congregations.

A Message from our Past Board President:
Greetings!
Please feel free to
browse the web site, contact us with questions or requests, and visit one of our Sunday services or other activities. My wife
and I were newcomers to the Fellowship in 2002. We found a community that was,
and remains, both welcoming and inclusive. You will find those themes throughout the information on this web site.
The UUFCO is a relatively
small liberal religious group. Our programs will stimulate your thinking about important religious and social issues. You will also discover opportunities for spiritual enrichment and an active, committed
community of members.
Welcome to the Unitarian
Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon.
Don Hartsough, Past President (2003-2005)
