Several special Sunday services take place each year.
- Homecoming/Water Communion
The first service of the "regular" church year, held on the first Sunday after Labor Day. Congregants
bring a small amount of water from or representing a special place they visited during the Summer break; the water and the
story of where it came from or what it represents is shared during the Service. For more on the Water Communion and its history,

- Holiday (Christmas/Kwanzaa/Channukah/Solstice)
We gather on the Sunday before Christmas for an all-ages service incorporating music, readings,
and other traditional aspects of these four December holidays.
Following the Easter Sunday service, we traditionally hold a catered brunch for members and friends.
In May, we welcome and publicly dedicate children who are new to the Fellowship in the previous
year. So far this year, we have had 6 newborns!
Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting follows a shortened service held on the first Sunday in May. It's a chance
for all members and friends to take stock of the current state of the Fellowship, and to learn about (and for members, to
vote on) future plans.
The Flower Communion takes place on the final Sunday of the regular (non-Summer) church year.
Congregants each bring a single flower, which is placed in a vase on the altar. This creates a beautiful bouquet that symbolizes
the entire Fellowship. When the service is over, each person who brought a flower takes a different one home, taking a part
of the Fellowship home with them. For more about Flower Communions, click here.
Membership Sundays
At a Membership Sunday, which occurs 2-3 times per year, new members are introduced and recognized during the service.
