Who Can Join?
Anyone who agrees to uphold the purposes and principles of the Fellowship
and is ready to make a financial pledge (or contribution of record) can join. Further membership details are described in
the Fellowship's bylaws, which can be reviewed upon request.
How Do I Join?
Joining our Fellowship takes place at a quarterly Membership Sunday.
After the service, a short program led by a minister or lay person will introduce you to the Fellowship and its history, and
answer any questions you have on membership, the Fellowship, and UUism in general.
At the end of this meeting, you will have the opportunity to sign
the membership book and submit a pledge card. Signing signifies that you agree with the principles of our Fellowship and accept
the rights and responsibilities of membership.
On the following Sunday, new members will be formally introduced to the congregation during the Sunday
Service. Welcome!

Why Become a Member?
Membership makes a statement that you are ready to become a full-fledged
participant in our spiritual and social community, by standing up to be counted and by making a commitment of time, money,
and energy to support the well-being of the Fellowship.
What Are the Benefits of Joining?
Members are able to vote at the Fellowship's Annual Meeting, at which time
the direction of the Fellowship for the coming year is discussed and voted on. Members can also vote on by-law and other policy
changes as they are presented to the congregation during the year.
In addition, members can serve as committee chairs, or on the Board, when
nominated and elected to such positions at the Annual Meeting.
As a member, you will also receive the UU World and the UUFCO Newsletter at home each month.
