Religious Education and Child Care

Child Care for Ages 0-5

Each Sunday during regular Sunday services, we provide child care for children ages 0-5 in our nursery. Child care is available beginning at 10:45, and continues until 15 minutes after the service ends. Currently, we average anywhere from 3-8 children in this age group per week. The nursery is equipped with age-appropriate toys, and our child care provider leads the older children in creating crafts, singing, or other activities depending on the age group of those in attendance.

Child care is also available at other events by prior arrangement.

Religious Education for Ages 5-11

Religious Education is available for our congregation's children ages 5-11. Each Sunday during regular Sunday services, our Sunday School teachers are prepared with lessons that integrate aspects of the adult service (such as joys and concerns) with age-appropriate learning materials and activities.

Programs for Jr High/Sr High-Aged Youth

We currently do not offer programs for 12-and-over, as our membership does not have children attending in this age range. We do have several members who have performed as mentors, youth group advisors, and classroom RE teachers to Junior High and Senior High youth, and a program can be quickly generated based on parent interest. In addition, youth in this age range are welcome at all services, discussions, and other events.
